No after service

I received a faulty product on 4 July, which was n birthday present for someone. It never worked, and I've been sending emails via their website and to their admin email address, and all response I get is to contact them via whatsup. I've been sending whatsups several times, but receive NO RESPONSE. They cannot be contacted, and they totally ignore messages. This is the worst after service ever!!
