Never buy from One Deal a Day - poor customer service

I bought a hair dryer and a few minutes after delivery, I switched on the hair dryer with the curling brush attachment. Needless to say, the attachment couldn't come off and I had sent them a message with a video. No one has bothered to fulfil the agreement of return. They said they would collect the product, but no one bothered to come collect. This company has such poor customer service it's ridiculous. I would like a straight refund which I have asked for, i have no response as yet. Consumers be careful which company you buy from!!
