NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ONE DEAL A DAY

I have ordered items on 13 January 2023 through One Deal a Day, paying to use their preferred courier service Fastway. On 20 January, I received an email stating it has been shipped and I had a tracking number number. One Deal a Day stated they have a 10-day turnaround time. This after a full week processing an order. Tracked the parcel on 23 Jan, seeing it is in transit from Johannesburg to Pretoria. The parcel has been laying dormant at their Pretoria Depot from Tuesday 24 January, moved from the West Bay one day, to the East Bay on the Wednesday 25 January and back to the West Bay on Thursday 26 January where it is still dormant, idling waiting patiently for these useless people to deliver something I have paid for. Contacted One Deal A Day to complain and they stated it will be looked at. Unfortunately still waiting and waiting. I did not have a choice to deal with Fastway, it is their choice. I could have ordered through WISH and it would be delivered quicker, absolutely will never ever deal with these people again. Waste of time and effort
