Never Again with ONE DEAL A DAY

I purchased a Measure king 3 in 1 tape measure from One Deal A day

I immediately emailed then when it arrived that their is not A instruction manual and that the products does not even have a brand. name on the unit

it is not a quality product and for the first time after being a loyal client with them for years I wanted it returned

I have written them endless emails . About 2 months ago someone phoned me and they promised a collection.will , I have been waiting for months its now December and its still lying in my office after many more mails another promise that they will collect and still no joy

if it works we will refund you and if does not work we will deduct the transport cost wow that really is great service They want you to buy but make it impossible and hard for you to return.

So be it ,cost to me R 324 .99 , I will now write it off, but for someone that needs it for their business and needs it urgently its a lot of money

I will never buy from them again because now its a principle its not the price its the way you deal with customers and I will advice my staff and my family and my friend to do the same

Bad company looking for all the excuses not to service when you when you have a problem

After unsubscribing I still receive mails its about moving boxes and not about service

Really bad ethics
