I ordered 3 mini blenders with them,2 are working just fine and the other one not working at all ,i logged a call for exchange they told me to speak to their watsapp group admin ...when i text her she is not responding.

I tried to talk to the consultant who was assisting me he is also not taking me serious. This pple are not professional and they don't take us serious at all ,but when you place an order via watsapp they are quick to assist
