Money waisted on broken products

I purchased a One-Step Hair Dryer and Styler on the 7 September 2022. I send a message to one deal a day and till date I have not received a reply. I got the One-Step Hair Dryer and Styler and once I switched it on it burned. That is definitely not my fault and it is a *******. No reply given no feedback nothing. I would not recommend one deal a day how can you sell things which are broken or breaks within seconds. Order number #618770.
