Money Taken, No Delivery, No Response – Avoid!

I placed an order for a FireBlaze Gas Heater (R4,074.99 incl. shipping) on 12 June 2025. I received an automated email confirming a 10-day turnaround. After hearing nothing for over two weeks, I contacted them on 1 July to request an update.

As of 9 July, I’ve had zero response—no update, no acknowledgment, nothing.

This is either a grossly mismanaged business or a deliberate ****. I’ve previously received smaller, inexpensive items from them without issue, which now feels like a bait-and-switch tactic to build false trust.

At this point, I doubt I’ll ever receive the heater or a refund. I strongly advise others to avoid this business entirely.
