Loyal customer returns

This is a follow up on a poor review I made for the above Company. I have to mention that the deal was made during lockdown and so there were probably staff shortages as well as a large requirement for Thermometers. After putting a review on Hellopeter, they contacted me and immediately reversed the payment.
