Lack of service

Terrible customer service and instructions not followed... I requested a pick up from their warehouse in Theta, on the date of my order. The various WhatsApp contact numbers, feedback was sp****, and always promised to revert as to when the order was ready, and nada. I followed up almost daily, and today, 10 September 2026, they informed me that this was sent via courier. Service leaves much to be desired. Very frustrating dealing with this company!
