Lack of communcation and updates on my order!

Terrible experience with this company. I attempted to place an order 2 weeks ago with issues so I contact their whatsapp channel cos no other number exists to communicate with them. Someone very promptly responded and arrange for me to pay via a secure link specific to my order. Its now 10 days later - I have not received any confirmation on my order and when I will receive it. Im even wondering if Im going to get my order. I will never purchase from this store again.
