I purchased an item from One Deal a Day on the 01/02/2021 and did an EFT to their bank account and emailed the POP. After not receiving any acknowledgement of the payment or order I checked my payment details again and noticed that I have transposed 2 digits of the order number. I have sent them numerous emails but have not received any reply or acknowledgement. There is also no way to contact them by phone. I have noticed that many people on this forum have experienced something similar and wonder how much money has been lost to them in this way. It seems to be *****alent practice and a case should be made against them.
