IS THIS COMPANY HIDING FROM IT'S CUSTOMERS??

I wish i could give a "minus" star rating!! Communication to your clients is non-exsistent. Order placed on 24 Nov and today is 14 Dec. I have only received 1 or 7 items. No notice or prewarning about split shipments given.

I wonder IS THIS COMPANY A ****??? Surely there needs to be some way of direct contact? Instead you get auto-mated replies and then a screenshot of an AWB of the (one) item they did actually send, and this took 5 days for delivery too?

Just give me my items or refund me.... or actually just DO something and we can part our ways - forever.
