Inferior Air Fryer - No refunds!!

I bought two air fryers from this company. The first time I used mine the handle came off - with the "basket" section falling to the floor. The entire appliance is now completely useless. I wrote to them. They asked for photos which I sent but now have heard nothing further and my mails no response. This is R999 down the drain!! I want a refund for the other one as well as these air fryers are quite obviously of inferior quality. No confidence!
