Incredibly bad after sales service.

I recently tried to buy a WiFi camera from them, got sent the incorrect item, and there the problem started. I used their WhatsApp portal to log the issue, and every couple of days since I logged the issue on 26th October 2023 I've prompted them for answers as to when they are going to arrange a replacement and fetch the incorrect item. I keep getting promises and no action. To date, I have had no luck with getting the correct item from them. This is the last time I will buy from them as their after sales is useless.
