Incorrect product supp****

I ordered and paid for a cordless drill which was supposed, according to the advert, to have ta battery indicator, a speed control and a belt clip. The drill I received had none of these and, despite a number of emails to them, I had no satisfactory reply. I still have the drill supp**** in its packaging waiting for it to be replaced a month later!
