Incomplete delivery and failure to resolve this 3 months later

FRUSTRATION!!! This is what you can expect if you deal with this online retailer. After a couple of completed orders and deliveries, two of my recent orders have not been resolved more than 3 months later. I placed two orders for 2 + 1 solar lamps. These were delivered without the mounting poles/brackets. I have entered into communication via email and via their website, and when they reply they do so many days later. The polite email replies are not met with any action and you go around in circles. Forget about customer or after sales service, this business has none of this. I am also reporting this to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) to prevent other potential customers of going through this experience.
