Impossible to return order

I received a nebuliser and used it once, (worked as it should). The next time I tried to use it, it did not. It does not switch on properly either with the battery or with the power cable and does not “nebulise” at all.

I sent an email asking what the next step would be to return the product. I'm still waiting for a response.
