Impossible to return any faulty items.

We bought the above and it was delivered on Friday 24 Feb 23. We charged the battery until 7 pm 25 Feb . We plugged in the computer during load shedding testing it for about an hour and it worked fine. The Fans sounded a bit loud but we thought it was normal. On the 26 Feb 23 during loadshedding we wanted to use the inverter, but the alarm kept going off(only one computer and a fan was plugged in) upon investigation we saw that the fan is not going on at all. We are really disappointed in this item as we thought it would at least work as promised. I have been trying since 27 Feb 23 to get someone to collect this inverter, I emailed *** and still my query is ignored. Nobody is getting back to me or responding.

We would like to log a return and get a refund. Kindly let me know when the return can be logged.
