I'll never use this business again.

I've placed an order on the 17 November. I then received an email from one advisor informing me that one of the products I ordered was out of stock and I requested a refund for the one product.

It is now the 17 December and had to call numerous times, messaged the WhatsApp line a few times, sent emails to get through today and to be told that my refund was not processed even though I requested the refund the 1st December and my package has not been sent yet and will only be done today.

I was so excited to be using their services, but never again.

I went through some of the reviews and saw comments by the business mentioning that they employing people and trying to make an honest living - which I love...... But what business will thrive without proper SLAs put in place and just the complete lack of customer services.
