I found a phone that I really wanted on One Deal a Day. I reached out to them on WhatsApp, and they were extremely quick to respond and very helpful. They guaranteed that they would be able to order the colour I wanted. I paid immediately. After waiting for 15 days, per their delivery guidance, I followed up, and was eventually informed that they could not get my colour. Disappointed does not even describe how I felt, as I ensured I confirmed this before payment. Nonetheless, I immediately requested a refund, and provided my banking details. This was 7 days ago, and when I follow up on WhatsApp, I'm just ignored. Very different to when they "wanted" my money. And now when they need to give it back, suddenly radio silence? Is this how they function? Keeping customer's money when it is not theirs to keep? It's a pity we can't go lower than 1 star on here.
