I wish i had known then what i know now. Extremely disappointed

I wish I had seen and been aware of the poor POOR service I've received from this company. I ordered and paid for this watch only to receive it and it doesn't work. Defective item received and now I want it to be collected and fixed or replaced or SOMETHING but no-one has come back to me. How do I claim my money back??? It's been 3 months now, going on 4 months, and still no joy!!!
