I ordered red pots amd I paid

I ordered red pots amd I paid. The agent( I believe she's one) as I order only via WhatsApp. She sent me banking details, I paid. After that I struggled to get hold of her to confirm if she recipe the payment. She will bluetick and don't respond. When I call, she drops the call. It was that up and down running after her. After +-20 days, I received my order and not the colour I ordered. I told her and she asked me to take a Pic of the pots I received. After that, she never said a word. Now I want to order something and I'm afraid 😨 😱 of my previous experience
