Horrific turnaround time.

They products are great, when you finally get them. Every time I have ordered, my order takes a minimum of 3 weeks to be delivered! I have to constantly email them to find out what is going on. Only to get told their turnaround time is 10 days. I have now been waiting for my latest order for a month.
