Horrible service

Bought ear pods, delivered before expected date (happy) only to find the 1 does not work, sent a whatsapp as per the companies process, was asked to send a video etc, did all that and was told it has been escalated to admin. a week later and now i am being ignored and told to send whatsapps to different numbers. horrible service and would not recommend to others.
