Horrible service, ****

I ordered a mirror on 15 January 2026,today it's 29th with no movement on my parcel, when I WhatsApp them on the 21st they said their container is held at customs, I WhatsApp then on 27th again same response. I really regret buying from these horrible people,it's a ****! My money is gone!
