Horrible, pathetic, unsympathetic customer service

I only selected 1 star because I have to in order to write a review. On 26 Nov 2020 I ordered an item meant to be a Christmas gift. Needles to say, the parcel is still with the courier service as it was only handed to them on 21 Dec 2020. Emails and messenger messages are not being answered and no solution is given. The festive season is used as an excuse, but that is why I ordered end of November. I will NEVER use this service again, totally disgusted with One Deal A Day! Thank you for ruining Christmas during this ****py year as well.
