Horrible disgusting customer service!!

Absolute nightmare and disgusting customer service. The delivery TAT is 10 working days. It is 14 working days later and no parcel. Both whatsapp contact numbers ignore me after sendng multiple messages for assistance. No response via email. I paid for something I still do not have and no one is willing to assist me. I get told they will follow up but then get ignored again and again.
