Horrible Customer Service

Unhappy Client : I have placed an order on the 18 Nov 2025 ORDER #912388 I have not yet received my order which was meant to be given as a birthday present. I have emailed to enquire and one one has come back to me as to what the delay is or when i can expect delivery. There is a cellphone number on the email to call for enquiries but number only goes to voice mail.

This is the worst online store i have every used...
