Horrible after sales services

I bought a faulty heater which died in less than 2 weeks. Requested an exchange via their inefficient returns process. It took a month to get an acknowledgment of the request, the heater was eventually collected.It’s been over a month since and I have not received my replacement. I regret ordering through them.
