High frustrated! Bad service received

I purchased item on One Deal a day via whatsapp late 2022. I have been trying to get these items returned. I made contact since October and could not get assistance. It's January 2023, they rep**** but am still stuck with item and no way forward. I send whatsapps and no reply, they don't have land-line on their website, so I can't even call and speak to a real person.
