Feedback in my previous review about one deal a day. Today I received a call from Bongiwe a very sweet lady, she called to inform me that they received my parcel (solarCharger) and asked if I would like a refund or an exchange, I asked for an exchange because I really need that SolarCharger. She then told me that I should receive it back in 3 or 5 working days and that she has personally checked and tested the solarcharger and its working fine.

I would like to thank and appreciate one deal a day for their efforts to finally assist me and to give me updates on my parcel. Bongiwe I love your humble approach sweetheart keep up the good work.

I will give final review once I receive my solar Charger back.
