Hi As I've had a complain before about on deal a day regarding my order of 2xSolar parcel which one wasn't working, I am so happy to inform you that they did collect the solar charger that had fault, I received a call from this loving kind lady by the name of Nokubonga she told me that they received the charger with fault and asked me if I would like a refund or a replacement and I said No I don't need a refund but a replacement and she confirmed that she tested the charger that they were going to send back to me, its working perfectly and I should receive it in 3 or 5 working days, but guess what the following day I received my charger and I am so happy that its working perfectly fine. Excellent service to one deal a day I am happy and would definitely recommend your business any day keep up the good work its a #WIN Thank you one deal.
