Great service

Hi. I ordered a ceiling fan for R1500 from one Deal A Day. After I fitted the fan, I looked at the fan add and saw that there was supposed to be a Bluetooth speaker in the fan. I couldn't find this speaker. I contacted One Deal A Day and spoke to a lady called TESSIE. After looking at the invoice, she informed me that the one I bought, don't come with a Bluetooth speaker. The one with the Bluetooth speaker, sells for R1800. I went back to the add and found that TESSIE had told the truth. The price for the overhead fan with the Bluetooth speaker, was indeed advertised for R1800 and the one without the Bluetooth speaker, was advertised for R1500. My apologies to TESSIE and One Deal A Day for the Misunderstanding. Great service and Great Customer service 👍😃
