Great Marketing, Zero delivery. Be very careful

Worse Mistake of my life, bought an item a month ago, we're nearing another month now, its still not delivered, it doesn't look like I'll be having it anytime soon as the courier keeps dispatching it and sending it back to the depot at the end of the day. its ok if it won't be delivered, can i at least get a refund of a product i bought and won't be delivered?
