Great Experience - One Deal A Day

I recently contacted One Deal A Day about a product that was well out of warranty but did not function as had been advertised, both by One Deal A Day and according to the information on the packaging. I eventually got through to the CEO, Mr Amees Mohamed, and from there on I got amazing service. Mr Mohamed offered to take the product back and refund me in full. He always responded to me promptly when I had a query about the return, and altogether it was a very pleasant and unexpected experience. So top marks to Mr Mohamed for standing by his product and putting the customer first. Rare these days!
