Good service, great products all arrived in good order

I am frankly very puzzled by the ratings that have been given by customers of One Deal A Day. They are great. I ordered a number of products on 24 December. I then went onto HelloPeter and read the reviews and I was shocked and scared as I had paid over R1000 for a my products.

I was very pleasantly surprised to see a notification in my inbox the day before yesterday notifying me that my goods were on their way. Today I received ALL the products I had ordered. I have tested every one of them and they all work well and are good quality.

The only thing that I can say they are lacking is a customer service phone line. It is very frustrating sending an email and you don't get a response.

Other than that, a happy customer. I will order again.
