Good customer service but bad courier

I bought a pair of wireless earpods, the first delivery came within 3 days but the unit that was sent was defective.

I contacted customer support through email and they apologized and said they would provide a brand new pair within 2 days. The new package came a week later but the headphones worked and sounded really nice. Change your courier service.
