Frustrated customer

I actually want give 0 stars. I have bought from the website a few times with no issues. I however purchased a gaming console at the start of the month. When I received it we plugged it in and it did not go on at all. I then emailed customer services on 09 November 2021 asking for the product to be collected and requested a refund. Got a response on 12 November saying that it's a manufacturing fault and I must try switching the cables, I didn't understand this concept because surely you should arrange for a collection when it's a manufacturing fault. Nevertheless we tried it, picture was terrible and there was no sound. I responded on the 18th saying that I am not happy as it is still not working the way it should.

It is now the 23rd, I have still not received a response, to say that I am annoyed and frustrated is an under statement.

The customer service is non existant when it comes to returns. I would not recommend that anyone buys products from one deal a day!!!
