Frustrated by the service

I placed an order on December 8th for two cooling fans, one table, and one backpack. On December 18th, I was contacted and informed the backpack would be sent separately. The following day, December 19th, I received only the table and one Chillmate cooling fan instead of the expected two. I followed up immediately and was told the missing items would be shipped later. After another follow-up, I was informed an investigation had been opened. I have since been told the items were marked as delivered, though I did not receive them. Finally, last Friday I was assured management would review security footage, but I have yet to hear any update, and my recent attempts to contact anyone have gone unanswered.
