frustrated

this company sells you broken items, when you compalin they ignor you and dont pick up the parcel. luckly there was a cell no which i called and was told by Lerushka she is so sorry but only when they recive the parcel can they return my money. not sure how long that is going to take. it seems like they have to names one deal a day and red chilli deals. this is so frustrating.
