Faulty product. Can’t get hold of them. Stay away!!!!

I will NEVER recommend dealing with this company! First time I’ve ordered something after much deliberation and yup...you guessed it... product is FAULTY! It doesn’t even switch on. Nevertheless so I now have to take my precious time (yes I’m very busy) and go on a pursuit to get my money back! Guess what....NO CONTACT NUMBER TO CALL!!!!!! So I fill in the stupid questionnaire with my details...STILL I HEAR NOTHING. Eventually I find a email address. I email over and over. NO RESPONSE! SO WHAT THE HELL AM I SUPPOSE TO DO NOW!!!! just throw my arms in the air and say...it’s ok take my hard earned money!!!!! Disgusting man! There’s a word for people that do this. Order no 273275
