Faulty MXQ 4K smart android tv box

I purchased an android tv box in December 2017, received the device on 11th Dec 2017 which continues to freeze. Tried to contact One Deal a day on their website with no response, I eventually sent numerous complaints to their admin department who sent me instructions to reset the device and advice on following updates on youtube, The device is still faulty and One Deal a day do not respond to any requests for a refund or replacement of this faulty device.
