Faulty inverter

Bought two inverters from them in February 2023, one faulty and returned to them in March. They never even acknowledged receipt of the item and when I could get the new inverter, don't communicate at all and there's no contact detail to call. All I want is the inverter returned (new one). Pathetic after sales service, but other times service with purchase was brilliant but no after sales service
