FAULTY HOSE PIPE FROM ,ONE DEAL A DAY

I bought a hose pipe from ONE DEAL A DAY last week i used it over the weekend for the first time and as soon as the water pressure opened the top burst and i cant use it .

I have reached out to one deal a day with no luck , i sent a message to the WhatsApp platform i used for my purchase i was told to send an email . I have been looking for a contact number with no luck .
