Faulty goods, no response to emailed queries

I bought 2 items from OneDealADay (Order ID 207764) - both an absolute disaster. 1. The back-flow incense burner: it was a birthday present for my daughter, and she was super-excited when she got it. But it gives off an acrid smell that is extremely unpleasant and frankly actually smells toxic. We have washed it multiple times and have tried a shop-bought incense cone as opposed to the one supp**** by them, and it has made little difference 2. The non-contact thermometer - I bought it for work. It reads completely too low, in the 33 degree Celsius range. It's clearly faulty. I had to buy another one at Dischem which actually reads correctly to replace it.

I mailed them on 1 Oct with this info - no reply. I followed up on the same email address (the only way you can contact them) on 8 Oct - no reply. Today (20 Oct) I have followed up again.
