faulty blender

I ordered two blenders on the 20th of march and it was delivered on the 24th of march ,one of them was faulty i logged a return but even up to date they have not yet collected the faulty blender i tried to get hold of them via email and their admin whatsapp *** but i keep on getting automated responses
