False advertising, rude customer service.

Do not order from them. Their advertising is misleading - I ordered a security camera and the adverti*****t stated that it worked on Android phones. My brand new Samsung would not allow me to install the App, it is seen as a security risk. I contacted them on their website - no reply. Then I read the small print and found out that they are actually called redchillideals.co.za. I e-mailed them and received a very rude e-mail back, stating the following: 'So, I guess thats what online shopping is all about. Ask yourself this question, what made you buy this product in the first place???...was it its unique features, the highlights or maybe even the price??This is what customers dont understand, its the terms and conditions on our website that matters ' - part of the e-mail, verbatim. I was told to courier the item back at my own cost, and then they will decide if I will be refunded, which I did not do - I was not going to throw good money after bad. ******** who sell cheap Chinese imports not worth the money. Very poor customer service: also note, you only have 7 days to lodge a complaint.
