False advertising and *****ing.

Product that I bought from this place is a joke. I Bought ceiling fans. Specifications was that it is used in restaurants. When I got it, the box was smaller than a A5 page and the fans could fit in my hand. After struggling to get someone to speak to, to return the products I was slamed with terms and conditions, which I never received when ordering. Eventually the products was collected from me the 31st of January. Asked me for proof of banking details which I send. No refund yet. I keep on following up with the same response. Terms and conditions. Take 30 days for a refund. Now no response at all. They are *****ing money from people. No customer service No money No products Now, no response from anyone. No feedback at all.
