Failed to Deliver

Goods ordered and Paid for, but no delivery. It has been 10 days, tried all means to contact at least via Facebook, Whatsapp and online and still no response. After purchasing quite a bit from this lot I don't think it's worth supporting them any longer as customer service sucks.
