Failed inverter supposedly under guarantee

I bought an inverter with a battery & charger from them in late August which packed up in early December. The inverter came with a 6 month guarantee but despite numerous calls & WA messages, I have had no progress in resolving this. Recently they are not even bothering to open my WA messages. Don't buy from One deal a day. Phil Williams
